IQVIA Connection is provided under contract by IQVIA to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. Sometimes Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust may need to identify you.
Data in this site
All data in this site is owned by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust who own the data and are the "Data Controller". IQVIA process this data on behalf of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust and are the “Data Processor”. IQVIA Connection will only capture personal information on questionnaires at the express request of the data controller, otherwise all questionnaires are completed anonymously. Typically the data subject in IQVIA Connection is a service or provider rather than an individual. Note that all identifiable data can be psudonymised depending on the requirements of the data controller.
The scope, purpose and legal grounds for our processing of this data is defined under contract and (where appropriate) data processing agreements. Data sharing
IQVIA will not share any of the data that you will see in this site with anyone outside of IQVIA or Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. Should questionnaire invitations be required for specific patients or individuals over an SMS or IVR channel, IQVIA will use a specialist third party to deliver this service. When these channels are used the telephone number and sometimes the name of the respondent will be shared with the third parties. Please refer to the terms of use and scope in IQVIA Connection contract for further information.
Data retention
Data controllers decide how long data should be retained. IQVIA Connection is flexible, and can support any retention period deemed appropriate by the data controller.
Rights of the individual
Individuals with personal data stored in IQVIA Connection can request to see this information as well as to have it corrected or permanently deleted. All such requests will be referred to the data controller for consideration and confirmation. Individuals who are not satisfied with any corresponding response, or believe that we are not processing data in accordance with the law can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
